Schedule 2 - Delivery policy

Delivery area

the proposed products may be delivered to the territory and the foreign country according to the delivery address chosen by the customer.

Customs restrictions for deliveries abroad : the customer takes responsibility for the delivery of the products of his order.
He acknowledges being fully aware of the legislation in force in his country before ordering on the SITE.
The products proposed comply with the applicable legislation and French standards.
Shipments abroad are shipped under the total responsibility of the customer in relation to the laws in force in his country. The SITE disclaims any liability in the event that the contents of the parcel violate the applicable legal and regulatory provisions. The products are shipped to the delivery address (s) that the customer has indicated during the ordering process.

Shipping time

the deadlines to prepare an order and then prepare the invoice, before shipment of the products in stock are mentioned on the SITE.
Parcels are usually dispatched in 24h after receipt of your payment. If the order is placed before 3.30 pm, and if the products are indicated "in stock" on their card, the order is shipped the same day.
These deadlines are not for weekends or holidays and excluding periods of sale.
An e-mail message will automatically be sent to the customer at the time of shipment of the products, provided that the email address in the registration form is correct.
On this e-mail message, or via the "my account" section, then "my order history", the customer can follow step by step the delivery of his parcel via a hypertext link.

Delays & delivery costs

during the ordering process, the seller informs the customer of the possible shipping times and formulas for the products purchased.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery method. The amount of these costs will be owed by the customer in addition to the price of the products purchased.

DELIVERY terms

delivery "Colissimo" or "so Colissimo domicile" : the parcel will be delivered to the customer against signature and on presentation of an identity document.
In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left to the CLIENT, in order to allow him to fetch his parcel in his post office.

Delivery "so Colissimo post office", or "so Colissimo Mon trader" : the parcel will be deposited in the post office or in the withdrawal point selected by the customer. The customer will be notified by an SMS during this deposit, and will only have to make it or point of withdrawal. The parcel will be delivered to the CLIENT against signature and upon presentation of an ID.

Delivery in "tracked letter" or "Collissimo sans signature" : the parcel will be deposited in the box to the customer's letter.

Delivery by "UPS" or "Chronopost" : the parcel will be delivered to the customer against signature and on presentation of an identity document.
In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left to the customer, in order to allow him to fetch his parcel in the relay UPS or Chronopost closest to his home.
The customer may also leave it for instruction to have the parcel delivered to a neighbour. In this case, the parcel will be handed over to the neighbour against signature.

Delivery "Colissimo Internationnal" or "Colissimo DOM-Tom ": the parcel will be delivered to the customer against signature and on presentation of an identity document.
In case of absence, a notice of passage will be left to the CLIENT, in order to allow him to fetch his parcel in his post office.

Withdrawal in our shop : the parcel will be delivered to the customer upon presentation of an ID.

DELIVERY problems

the customer is informed of the delivery date fixed at the time when he chooses the carrier, at the end of the online ordering procedure, before confirming the order.
It is specified that deliveries will be made within thirty (30) days maximum. Failing that, the customer must make the seller to deliver within a reasonable time and in case of non-delivery within this period, he may terminate the contract.
The seller will reimburse, without undue delay from receipt of the letter of cancellation, to the customer the total amount paid for the products, taxes and delivery charges included, using the same method of payment as the one used by the customer to buy the P Roducts.
The seller is responsible until the delivery of the product to the customer. It is recalled that the customer has a period of three (3) days to notify the carrier of the damage or partial losses recorded during the delivery.
